Description

The Telehealth Program Manager will develop and execute new program vision, strategy, and roadmaps for MaineHealth's telehealth programs while managing new program development initiatives from ideation through launch. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, IT, operations, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions that create meaningful impact for patients across Maine's largest healthcare system. Key responsibilities include leading sessions with subject matter experts and vendors, maintaining design backlogs, and making strategic decisions about resource allocation and feature prioritization. The position requires coordinating program rollouts with comprehensive documentation while establishing processes to continuously collect and analyze user feedback throughout the design and implementation lifecycle. Success in this role depends on breaking down roadmaps into manageable increments, monitoring post-release performance, and partnering closely with clinical operations teams to validate concepts and ensure program adoption. A clinical background or patient-facing experience is a plus.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or relevant field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
