Description

Program Manager, Launch & Enablement

Location: Remote, Hybrid to Wayne, PA; Hybrid to Naperville, IL

The Program Manager, Launch & Enablement is part of the Product Operations team and plays a critical role in helping empowered product teams deliver measurable outcomes through well-coordinated, insight-driven launches. This role ensures every release across Frontline Education is customer-centered, data-informed, and tied to real business impact.

You will orchestrate the rhythm of launches across the portfolio, aligning teams on scope, timing, and OKR-linked outcomes. Working within Frontline's Empowered Product Team model, you'll champion transparency, shared accountability, and continuous learning, ensuring teams have the clarity and support they need to deliver value with confidence.

You will also lead the governance and adoption of key enablement tools and AI systems - including Pendo, GPT-based assistants, and analytics platforms - applying intelligence, automation, and strong operational standards to improve predictability, insight, and delivery consistency.

How You'll Drive Success

Launch & Release Enablement
  • Own the end-to-end success of launches, ensuring each release delivers measurable customer and business value.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on key deliverables, dependencies and success metrics that link directly to OKRs.
  • Maintain a portfolio-wide launch calendar and trusted dashboards that provide visibility into readiness, risk, and value.
  • Proactively identify and manage change events and communications to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate Go/No-Go and Post-Launch Reviews that emphasize learning loops, insight, and value realization - not just delivery checkpoints.
  • Ensure every launch contains enablement content, customer value narratives, and insights that drive adoption.
  • Provide ongoing education and enablement for teams on best practices, processes, and operational standards to ensure consistency and stronger delivery outcomes.

Operational Excellence
  • Continuously evolve playbooks, templates, and workflows to accelerate time-to-value and support team autonomy.
  • Confirm instrumentation, data readiness, and OKR alignment early and consistently.
  • Build dashboards that highlight progress toward outcomes, not just activity.
  • Apply automation, AI, and analytics to improve predictability, pattern recognition, and decision-making.
  • Funnel insights and feedback into the next launch cycle to strengthen repeatability, speed, and quality.

Tools, AI & Governance
  • Lead the governance and adoption of Frontline's Product Ops tool ecosystem - including Pendo, GPTs, analytics platforms, and related systems.
  • Establish and uphold clear standards for instrumentation, data use, reporting, and measurement to ensure consistency and reliability across teams.
  • Maintain and expand the internal library of best-practice GPT configurations, enablement tools, and standardized setups that help teams work smarter, faster, and with greater insight.
  • Track usage, adoption, and ROI to surface efficiency gains, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Enablement to ensure tools are properly configured, trusted, and directly supporting launch readiness and product operations.
  • Introduce responsible, high-ROI automation and AI enhancements that improve predictability and workflow efficiency.
  • Uphold Responsible AI standards across all tooling decisions and practices.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a strategic connector across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Translate strategy into coordinated execution without restricting team autonomy.
  • Communicate progress, impact, and learnings clearly and consistently to all levels of the organization.
  • Champion empowered product principles and reinforce a culture built on transparency, shared learning, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring to Help Us Grow
  • 5-8 years in Program Management, Product Operations, Launch Enablement, or Release Management in SaaS or platform environments.
  • Demonstrated success supporting teams in delivering launches tied to meaningful outcomes.
  • Skilled in Pendo, GPT-based assistants, analytics platforms, Jira, Aha!, and Confluence.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills; able to influence without authority.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS; EdTech or K-12 strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Launches consistently deliver on expected outcomes and enhance customer and business value.
  • Teams operate with a repeatable, transparent launch process that builds speed and confidence.
  • AI-powered dashboards offer real-time visibility into readiness, risk, and results.
  • Tools and automation generate clear efficiency gains and support faster, sharper decision-making.
  • The Program Manager is recognized as a trusted partner and strategic enabler across the product organization.
