How you'll drive success
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake through offer and close
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, shaping clear hiring strategies, expectations, and candidate profiles
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines aligned to ongoing and future business needs
• Deliver consistent, high-quality candidate experiences grounded in clear communication and follow-through
• Use data and insights to guide decisions, improve efficiency, and strengthen hiring outcomes
• Stay competitive in the market by refining sourcing strategies and outreach approaches
• Support hiring across teams as needs evolve, stepping in where your expertise adds value
• Lead or contribute to recruiting and talent-related projects that improve processes, tools, and team effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with recruiting teammates to balance priorities and drive shared success

What you bring to help us grow

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $75,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
