Senior Technical Program Manager Summary - Lead multiple cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations, finance, product, and engineering teams.
- Manage project portfolios, track milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
- Drive operational excellence by improving project management processes, governance, and documentation.
- Partner with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and maintain business continuity in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Skills - 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
- Experience managing multiple complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management across business, finance, product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Experience developing project plans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, and tracking deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations and reporting.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace.
- Workforce planning and budget management experience.
Nice-to-Have Skills - Technical background.
- PMP certification or PMP methodology experience.
- Anaplan experience.
- Experience implementing AI initiatives or managing AI-related projects.
- Experience supporting enterprise strategic initiatives and process improvement.
