Job Title: Program Manager III
Location: Cupertino, California
Job Type: Full-time, 6-month On-Going Contract, W2
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid - 3 days Onsite
Pay Range: $85.60 per hour
Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Lead OEM operations teams through development builds and new product ramps.
- Plan and execute development builds while collaborating with internal and external teams across the U.S. and Asia.
- Manage schedules, manufacturing capacity, material availability, quality issues, and product updates throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive component readiness by ensuring part availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate requirements and schedules effectively with supply chain and manufacturing teams.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Planning, Materials, and Global Supply Managers to support successful product launches.
- Improve product manufacturability, testability, supply chain responsiveness, and cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional communications, escalating key issues and presenting resolution options to executive leadership.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related environment.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Strong program and project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated success driving projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently present information and recommendations to management.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-35%.

- Consumer electronics or hardware manufacturing experience.

Education - BS degree in Engineering, MBA preferred
