Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Lead to drive Ōura's retail expansion into emerging markets - with a primary focus on new markets and channels across the Americas, including LATAM, Canada, and emerging opportunities within the U.S.. As the Program Management Lead for Emerging Markets, you will own a portfolio of market launches and ongoing retail operations, bringing strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and operational rigor to help us scale into new geographies.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement the operational support structure the core Retail Americas team needs to execute an ambitious roadmap across LATAM, Canada, and select emerging U.S. channel opportunities.
  • Own specific Retail Americas programs running the full program lifecycle end-to-end: roadmap, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of market entry and retail programs
  • Identify and assess risks specific to emerging market launches - regulatory, logistical, cultural - and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related matters with internal stakeholders and external retail partners in market
  • Track key performance metrics across owned programs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable processes and tools across markets

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of proven experience in international program management, including successful oversight of complex projects across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Deep retail expertise - account management, channel marketing, retail execution, and/or retail digital marketing
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals and objectives.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances, with experience working in international settings.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably experience working in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs
  • Willingness to travel as required to oversee program operations, build relationships, and represent the organization.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
  • Region 1 $170,000 - $200,000
  • Region 2 $154,700 - $182,000
  • Region 3 $139,400 - $164,000
