Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience planning in a data center infrastructure environment (e.g., capacity planning, supply chain planning).
  • Experience with supply chain management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in Product Area Resource Manager (PARM)/infrastructure planning.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity/experience with programming (e.g., SQL, AI vibe coding).
  • Strong analytical aptitude and experience with large datasets.


Responsibilities
  • Own the plan of record for commerce's infrastructure resource needs.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to understand business growth plans and convert them into resource growth requirements.
  • Aggregate and articulate/explain the needs and tradeoffs (e.g., cost, service reliability) to stakeholders to secure the required resources.
  • Drive communication cadence to make sure all teams are aligned while representing the needs of the commerce business in cross-product area discussions/negotiations.
  • Build tooling and leverage AI to automate and simplify resource management processes.
