Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
  • Experience in driving the remediation programs.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Deep domain expertise in data center electrical/mechanical infrastructure (e.g., switchyards, transformers, HV/MV distribution, cooling towers, chillers, gensets).
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, manage multiple concurrent projects, and lead global, cross-functional teams.
  • Highly adaptable who thrives in ambiguous environments and excels at creating scalable process order to drive results.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically or internationally to work with sites or equipment suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of complex remediation projects across the mission-critical data center portfolio, from initial concept through operational handoff.
  • Establish comprehensive program roadmaps and master schedules, identifying interdependencies between concurrent workstreams such as power and cooling infrastructures.
  • Own project resource allocation and workflow prioritization across multiple sites to ensure consistent execution and team utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Data Center Operations, Data Center Service) and external vendors to deliver projects within scope.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to executive leadership and directors.
