As the Program Manager for the Google Cloud Logistics Enablement team, you will lead the global spares and kitting operations, manage kitting pharmacy location setups, and oversee third-party logistics partner teams across data centers globally.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities - Lead logistics projects (e.g., system implementations, new market entries, or process changes).
- Manage competing priorities from various internal stakeholders (e.g., construction timelines vs. procurement delivery dates) to meet the overarching capacity goal.
- Set individual and team performance goals (KPIs) that align with GCL objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, or unforeseen issues.
