Position OverviewAs a Program Manager II within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO.
The Program Manager II will lead strategic Enterprise Capabilities initiatives, focused on designing, developing, and executing programs that consolidate distributed capabilities into enterprise-owned utilities. This role plays a critical part in advancing enterprise operating models by driving standardization, scalability, and efficiency across corporate functions.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise communications, large-scale program execution, and capability consolidation, along with the ability to engage senior leadership and influence across complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise programs focused on consolidating capabilities into centralized enterprise utilities
• Drive the design and implementation of enterprise models that standardize tools, processes, and capabilities across corporate functions
• Develop and execute strategies to transition fragmented or siloed capabilities into unified, enterprise-wide solutions
• Partner closely with Risk, Technology, and Corporate Function stakeholders to identify opportunities for consolidation and operational efficiency
• Establish and maintain strong enterprise communication frameworks to ensure alignment, transparency, and stakeholder engagement
• Provide regular program updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, including executive-level presentations and reporting
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and risk teams to ensure successful program outcomes
• Refresh and evolve program language, frameworks, and messaging aligned to Enterprise Capabilities strategy
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in program or project management, preferably within financial services or a highly regulated environment
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs with enterprise-level impact
• Experience driving capability consolidation, shared services, or enterprise utility models
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise communication strategies and stakeholder management
• Background in Risk, Corporate Functions Technology, or related domains
• Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior/executive leadership
• Experience working in Agile environments; proficiency with Jira and Agile delivery frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or operating model design initiatives
• Background in Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools
• Familiarity with enterprise utility development or shared service architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

Job Description- Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads complex programs/projects requiring planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may reach or exceed $25m.
- Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
- Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
- Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
- Teams with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $91,000.00 – $202,800.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
