JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Program Manager - Growth & Practice Partnerships is responsible for executing strategic growth initiatives through the onboarding, integration, and optimization of physician practices and clinical partnerships. This role works in close partnership with cross-functional leaders to operationalize market expansion efforts, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with organizational goals. The Program Manager will manage complex, cross-functional projects and serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to support successful partnership execution and integration.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • With direction from the Sr. Director, execute project plans for new practice partnership onboarding and integration into the DHIP network:
    • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
    • Assign tasks and ensure accountability across teams
    • Manage risks, dependencies, and changes
    • Run regular status updates and stakeholder meetings
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals
    • Identify bottlenecks or missed opportunities and propose improvements
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners:
    • Align expectations across internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly
    • Translate business goals into actionable plans
    • Manage conflicting priorities diplomatically
  • Manage and facilitate cross-functional teams:
    • Develop analyses, including proformas, for prospective practices
    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts necessary for successful integration and go-live (IT, finance, operations, marketing, HR, quality & safety, facilities, etc.)
  • Track and report performance metrics:
    • Track KPIs related to partnerships and initiatives
    • Analyze performance data to inform decisions
    • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership
    • Use insights to optimize future projects


JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field (required).
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or project management.
  • Experience in multi-site practice operations, physician practices, or integrated healthcare systems strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to practice integration, onboarding, or clinical operations transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Strong organizational management skills with ability to oversee multiple priorities at one time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work across clinical and administrative teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret operational data and performance trends.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, ambulatory workflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in practice management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage change effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed healthcare environment.
