Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation.
  • Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Cross-functional and cross-team project management utilizing primavera, office/workspace suite. Strategic program planning with stakeholders including creating roadmaps, risk registers, and charters. Project execution and governance including managing schedule, staffing, and features. Monitoring and communicating project progress, risks, and mitigations using status reports or escalation reports. Continuous process improvement using performance metrics (KPIs) and data analysis tools including Tableau, SQL, SAP order management and purchasing


About the job

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position reports to the Google Boulder, CO office & may allow for a hybrid schedule per Google policy.

  • Drive continuous improvement by creating automated processes and refining metrics to enhance engineering productivity and velocity. Oversee change management initiatives by anticipating requirements, developing rollout plans, and monitoring adoption progress.
