Job Summary

The Program Manager - Dell Technologies leads the operational and programmatic management of SHI's Dell Technologies partnership. This role is responsible for maximizing partner benefits, rebates, and incentives; delivering strategic reporting and insights; supporting sales and partner initiatives; and driving process improvements that contribute to revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Role Description
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Dell Technologies partner programs, incentives, rebates, certifications, authorizations, contracts, and program requirements.
  • Manage Dell rebate, incentive, and funding programs to maximize partner benefits, profitability, and compliance.
  • Interpret partner contracts, terms, requirements, and program changes while ensuring organizational alignment and successful execution.
  • Develop and deliver partner-required reporting, business insights, and performance analyses for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support sales and partner-facing teams by providing program guidance, deal registration support, account mapping, and incentive alignment.
  • Analyze sales, rebate, and program performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives, partner-funded programs, sales campaigns, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with Dell Technologies and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Purchasing, and IT, to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, documentation, and knowledge management initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve program, reporting, operational, and communication issues that impact business performance.
  • Measure and communicate the business impact and return on investment (ROI) of partner-funded activities, incentives, and sales programs.
  • Mentor team members, support onboarding efforts, and provide cross-functional program support as needed.

  • 2+ years of experience in a Partner Support, Vendor Support, Alliance Programs, Channel Programs, or related role.
  • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events - 10%


Preferred
  • Project management experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, macros, and data modeling.


The estimated annual pay range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000 which includes a base salary plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
