- Coordinate across multiple delivery leaders business teams technology teams and data stakeholders to track progress risks dependencies and deliverables.
- Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into clear executive level summaries and status reports for senior leadership.
- Support governance forums working groups steering committees and action tracking Ensure alignment across data governance activities including data quality metadata controls lineage ownership policy adherence and regulatory commitments.
- Gather information across teams synthesize findings and identify creative approaches to unblock execution challenges Monitor milestones RAID items and overall program health across concurrent initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve operating rhythms communication and delivery transparency Operate independently with minimal oversight in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Required Skills- 8 years of program or project management experience preferably within Data Management Data Governance Risk or Regulatory programs in financial services.
- Strong understanding of foundational data management and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with core pillars of enterprise data programs such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Lineage, Data Ownership, Stewardship, Regulatory Data Management, Controls Issue Management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills including concise status reporting for Managing Director level leadership Self starter with a proactive go getter mindset and strong ownership mentality.
- Ability to quickly understand complex programs and hit the ground running.
- Strong problem solving coordination and organizational skills
Preferred Skills- Experience supporting large regulatory remediation or uplift programs within banking or financial services.
- Experience working with Divisional Data Offices Chief Data Offices Risk Compliance or Regulatory organizations.
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations related to data governance and data controls.
- Experience using program management and collaboration tools such as JIRA Confluence Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
