What You'll Do:AB-PCI is seeking to hire a Credit Program Management leader to join the investment team, with a focus on managing and developing junior investment professionals (interns, analysts, and associates) and driving selected process and project initiatives in partnership with the credit team leadership. The role will support the structuring, coordination, and ongoing evolution of AB-PCI's junior talent programs, including recruiting processes, training, performance management, and development frameworks.
This position provides an attractive opportunity for a high-caliber individual to assume significant responsibility within the investment team, interact directly with senior team members, serve as the primary manager and development lead for a group of high-performing investment professionals, and drive significant cultural and performance contributions across a scaled and growing investment platform.
The successful candidate will combine strong people management capabilities with program-building, culture focus, process orientation, and will work with and across investment teams to enhance consistency, training, and execution by the junior credit team.

- Experience within private credit, asset management, investment banking, or consulting environments, ideally with exposure to investment teams and/or talent development, recruiting, or program management initiatives is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 7-10+ years professional experience, with increasing scope of responsibility in program management, team leadership, or platform-building roles .
