What you'll do:

- Work with a highly collaborative, growing team to lead and scale project management processes for product legal reviews and commercial work.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve processes, tools, playbooks, and systems that enable efficient legal reviews, streamlined approval workflows, and scalable team operations.
- Serve as a front-line reviewer, working under the supervision of an attorney, to handle the review, drafting, and negotiating of a wide variety of business proposals and commercial agreements.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with various global legal, policy, and cross-functional teams and act as a key liaison to drive alignment, resolve blockers, and ensure appropriate visibility.

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in legal program management or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.
- Strong judgment with ability to act autonomously and know when to seek input or escalate.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements is a bonus!
- Experience using AI/ML tools and methodologies, with demonstrated understanding of related legal, regulatory, and ethical considerations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and a track record of building new or improving existing programs or processes.
- Capacity to learn and retain technical and legal information, ask insightful questions, and translate complex details into actionable guidance.
- Self-motivation with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action.
- Inquisitive, proactive, and able to spot issues and drive them to resolution.
