Job Description

Compass Government Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide services to Service Members (active duty, reserve components, and National Guard), Coast Guard, Veterans, and their families at The Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). In preparation to bid on this contract, we are seeking qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals.

The PM oversees the performance of all staff for the successful overall operation of the in-Transition program, to include all outreach efforts, the Call Center, the PHRC, and all data analytic efforts. The PM shall be the single point of contact for communication with Government management and shall be responsible for the following:

Job Requirements:
  • Serves as direct point of contact between Government and off-site Call Center
  • The PM shall be the single point-of-contact for communication with Government management and shall be responsible for the following:
  • Establishment of the inTransition Program's policies and procedures
  • Supervision of all aspects of inTransition Program to include Call Center operations, PHRC, and inTransition Database.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting with regards to contract performance
  • Identification of areas for service improvement.
  • Primary point of contact during emergency situations, and
  • Coordination with Government management regarding implementation, operational, and programmatic issues.
  • Oversee the performance of all contract staff for the successful operation of all aspects of inTransition, to include personnel and operations of off-site Call Center


Qualifications
  • A Masters-level degree and past training in mental health, healthcare administration, or related area
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional or certification in a related field (project management and/or healthcare)
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with DoD contracts and contract administration.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Project or Program Management in mental health or equivalent leadership role with multiple supervisees
  • Experience with successfully managing large teams and complex mental health programs
  • Experience in working with DoD government personnel and understanding DoD policies and procedures
  • Experience working with military populations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with DHA and other government leadership, staff, and customers
  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills
