PWS Requirement:
3.1 Task 1 - Project Management and Administration 3.1.1 The Contractor shall designate a dedicated Project Manager (PM) as the primary point of contact for all program activities. The PM shall have documented experience managing government safety technology deployments of similar scope and complexity.
Needs to have a STRONG capability to collaborate with subks/partners and lead the charge on relationship building/maintenance. Difficult relationships to manage.
- 15+ years managing large federal A/E or infrastructure programs of similar scope and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-site campus modernization or enterprise life safety programs.
- Serves as the primary Government-facing program manager responsible for overall contract performance.
- Oversees project execution, schedule, budget, staffing, subcontractors, risk, and quality.
- Proven record delivering complex federal design programs on time and within budget.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographic locations.
- PMP certification preferred, with strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
