DescriptionAs we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are seeking a Program Manager, Americas to play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, understanding our customers' needs and business objectives, defining success, and ensuring AlgoSec exceeds expectations through the development and delivery of effective solutions.

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid)
What You'll Do- Lead customer workshops to achieve project goals, working cross-functionally to develop holistic solutions and establish best practices using AlgoSec technologies.
- Orchestrate and synchronize multiple workstreams across different functions within AlgoSec, ensuring alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Build trusted, strategic advisor relationships with customers, accelerating solution adoption, supporting successful production deployment, and helping customers realize sustained business value from AlgoSec.
- Provide clear, effective communication to customer stakeholders and executives throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Lead and manage collaboration between customers, partners, and internal project teams to foster strong relationships and drive successful project outcomes.
- Manage multiple related customer projects across the full engagement lifecycle, from planning through production, ensuring the overall program supports strategic objectives and is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Serve as the voice of the customer across AlgoSec, addressing needs and issues while supporting retention, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency.
- Support pre-sales activities by partnering with Account Managers, developing Statements of Work and Jump Start Packages, and engaging and managing subcontractors in accordance with established terms and conditions.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- 5+ years of Program Management experience or related, proven success of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. Experience with outbound customers is a must, along with 2+ years of working with Director-level leaders and above.
- Experience working in large technology or enterprise environments. A background in IT or cybersecurity, particularly firewall administration and configuration, is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proactive approach to building relationships and solving problems.
- Adaptable and results-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly, work independently, overcome obstacles, remain effective under pressure, and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to balance a broad, strategic perspective with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Uses critical thinking to ask probing questions, understand customers' business needs, listen carefully to different perspectives, and engage with professionalism and courtesy.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and dependencies in complex project environments, implement mitigation plans proactively, and escalate issues to minimize business impact.
- Strong consultative leadership skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions, guide executive-level discussions, build alignment, and influence decisions across complex stakeholder groups.
- Proven experience leading strategic discovery and solution-design workshops with senior customer stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate business use cases. Ability to translate customer objectives and use cases into holistic, scalable solution strategies that account for people, processes, technology, dependencies, and long-term business value.
- Experience supporting customer needs from deployment through production while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Nice to Have - PMP Certification.
- Exposure to Process Improvement Disciplines such as Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills. Portuguese would be particularly beneficial for supporting projects in Brazil.
A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role at the time of posting is
$100,000-$120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, training, and certifications. Candidates whose requirements fall outside this range are still encouraged to apply.
