Duties & ResponsibilitiesProgram Integrator: Germany
Serves as Program Integrator in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) supporting country requirements for the CH-47
Germany program. The Program Integrator acts as an integral point of contact, managing communication, facilitating
collaboration, and monitoring progress to achieve the program objectives. This role involves tracking risks, managing
budgets, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. Responsibilities include: assisting with preparing
performance work statements, statements of work, statements of understanding, technical direction orders,
logistics/technical estimates, technical evaluations, market research and cost analysis. They will advise higher level
management on all matters relating to the assigned programs and systems to lateral organizational elements and when
required, other foreign Governments. Maintain liaison with user organizations, test agencies and facilities, and higher-
level headquarters. Researches and answers RFI's concerning all aspects of the assigned countries to include
maintenance, operation, and employment of the platform and all associated support equipment. Assists with periodic
program briefings to Product Director and other key Army stakeholder & Security Cooperation entities as well as the
foreign partner. Assists with both CONUS and OCONUS port operations for FMS customers. Participates in drafting
and reviewing acquisition/sustainment strategies, engineering change proposals and modification work orders.

Required Skills1. Program Management & Integration:
- FMS Program Integration: Experience serving as a primary point of contact for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, specifically supporting country requirements.
- Progress Monitoring: Ability to monitor program progress to ensure objectives are met.
- Risk Management: Skill in tracking program risks.
- Budget Management: Experience managing program budgets and ensuring financial compliance.
- Program Compliance: Ensuring all program activities adhere to relevant requirements.
2. Acquisition & Technical Support:
- Acquisition Document Support: Assisting with the preparation of documents such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Statements of Understanding.
- Technical & Logistics Analysis: Ability to assist with logistics/technical estimates, technical evaluations, market research, and cost analysis.
- Strategy Development: Participating in the drafting and review of acquisition and sustainment strategies.
- Engineering Change Process: Experience with Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Modification Work Orders (MWOs).
3. Stakeholder Relations & Communication:
- Senior Leader Advisory: Ability to advise higher-level management on program-related matters.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Maintaining liaison with user organizations, test agencies, higher headquarters, and foreign government partners.
- Briefing & Reporting: Assisting with the preparation and delivery of periodic program briefings to senior Army stakeholders and foreign partners.
- Research & Analysis: Capability to research and answer Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding platform maintenance, operation, and employment.
4. Logistics:
- FMS Logistics Support: Experience assisting with CONUS and OCONUS port operations for FMS customers.
