Full Job Description
Program Financial Analyst, Sr to support autonomy vehicle integrations in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Considering the state of the world today, military technical innovation is critical to defending our territories and those of our allies. The US Army is currently exploring advancements to equip ground combat forces with autonomous vehicle platforms. This effort presents a unique opportunity for civilians to participate in the research and development efforts that will shape future battlefield combat platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities in support of DoD and federal government programs
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and Estimates at Completion (EACs) to ensure alignment with contract objectives
  • Perform variance analysis on cost, schedule, and performance metrics; identify drivers and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor contract funding, expenditures, and burn rates to ensure compliance with funding limitations and avoid overruns
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and briefings for executive leadership and government stakeholders
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including revenue recognition and accruals
  • Conduct cost analysis, pricing support, and financial modeling for proposals and new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) requirements
  • Support audits and reviews by government agencies such as DCMA and DCAA, ensuring audit-ready financial documentation
  • Analyze indirect rates, overhead, and General & Administrative (G&A) expenses; support rate development and forecasting
  • Track and manage subcontractor and vendor costs in coordination with procurement and program teams
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies to protect program profitability

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration with (5) or more years of relevant work experience.
