Job Title: Program Executive, US Defense Advanced Programs

Working Pattern: Full Time/Hybrid - 3 Office Days/Week

Position Summary:

As the Program Executive, US Defense Advanced Programs, you will provide project management leadership and direction to deliver the company strategy, business case and business plans. This role is responsible for working closely with a cross functional team and key stakeholders to plan, organize and execute advance development programs. This role will require management experience, with a focus on program execution, collaboration across functional groups, governance of program priorities, delivery of key milestones, and meeting all budget targets.

What you will be doing

• Develop and drive a holistic program master schedule
• Develop future proposals owning program management content
• Ensure the integrated project team maintains a focus on delivering budget targets
• Lead stakeholder interface management and successful delivery of stakeholder requirements
• Promote collaboration across the team and support functions to meet program goals
• Provide project management governance including employee engagement, continuous improvement, risk management and reporting
• Progress system through company gated reviews. Support or lead risk assessments, flight clearance reviews, safety reviews, product certification, and technical audits from a functional aspect

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, OR
• Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, OR
• PhD and 3+ years' experience
• To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen and eligible for a DoD security clearance
• Experience with Gov't EVMS process and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification
• Experience as a development program executive who has executed development programs, including follow-on proposal development for future phases of the program
• Proven leadership of program support team
• Proven capability to interface with prime contractor and manage contract scope
• Familiarity with AE 2100 D3 product and business model

$156,274 - $253,946-Annually
