Description:Program Director for Center for Community Health Navigation - WC/Corporate This Center for Community Health Navigation Leadership role is responsible for the hands on, operational oversight of Patient Navigator Programs located across 4 Emergency Departments of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and future inpatient areas. Specific responsibilities include on-site rounding and day to day support, cross-site operational leadership, staff supervision and development, close collaboration with clinical and administrative colleagues, program monitoring and reporting, standardization of systems and best practices, budget and P & L responsibility, compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements, among other leadership responsibilities.
Preferred Criteria- Master's Degree
- Program/Operations experience
Required Criteria- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years management experience, 3 years of which must be in a health care setting
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Extensive knowledge of health care delivery programs in underserved/ethnic communities
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement programs with proven outcomes
- Strong reporting and analytic skills
Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
Salary Range:$97,000-$145,000/Annual
