Pharmacy Client Engagement Project Manager - Large Complex National Accounts to join our growing team!
The Pharmacy Client Engagement Project Manager - Large Complex National Accounts serves as the central project manager for all incoming pharmacy consulting work for internal large market employer teams, ensuring seamless intake, prioritization, and execution of deliverables
How You Will Contribute:- Establish and manage workflow processes, including intake tracking, assignment of resources, deadline management, and adherence to defined SLAs
- Partner closely with Large Employer Market consultants to coordinate engagement with the Pharmacy Consulting team across key service areas (financial modeling, PBM contracting, clinical strategy, etc.)
- Oversee and coordinate all financial modeling work, including ensuring proper use of standardized models, facilitating training, and managing peer review and quality assurance processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project plans, timelines, and communication protocols across all pharmacy consulting engagements
- Ensure all work product is properly documented, version-controlled, and stored in centralized repositories consistent with team and organizational standards
- Coordinate PBM contract review workflows, ensuring timely completion, consistency in approach, and alignment with best practices
- Support the maintenance, and continuous improvement of RFP templates, tools, and procurement methodologies
- Partner with clinical and financial subject matter experts to track and advance clinical strategy initiatives and broader intellectual capital development efforts
- Monitor project performance, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively identify solutions to maintain high service quality and delivery consistency
- Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into team capacity, project status, turnaround times, and overall performance metrics
- Assist leadership with resource planning, workload balancing, and capacity forecasting as demand for services grows
Skills & Experience to be Successful: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Project Management, or related field and/or 4-7 years of relevant experience in project management, operations management, or pharmacy consulting support
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, workflows, or operations in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience using project tracking tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams/SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Prior experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), pharmacy consulting, or healthcare consulting
- Familiarity with financial modeling processes and quality assurance/peer review frameworks
- Experience supporting RFP processes, contract review workflows, or procurement initiatives
Pay Range$125,000 - $175,000 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
