Job Title: Program Director

Location: East Los Angeles, CA and surrounding cities (Pasadena, Monterey Park, Alhambra, Montebello, Whittier, Highland Park, and Commerce)

Compensation:
  • $94,264.40 salary + opportunities for quarterly bonuses

About the Role:
CBEM is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Director to lead the Critical Intervention Team in East Los Angeles, CA and surrounding cities, Pasadena, Monterey Park , Alhambra, Montebello, Whittier, Highland Park, Commerce. You'll manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of specialists, and act as the primary liaison with the Regional Center. Your clinical expertise and supervisory skills will be key in maintaining the quality of services while ensuring alignment with CBEM's mission and values.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-V, Applied Behavior Analysis, and experience working with developmental disabilities.
  • Leadership skills that foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
  • Given the requirements of the crisis response time, applicants must live in close proximity to or in the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center service area (locations include but not limited to, Pasadena, Monterey Park , Alhambra, Montebello, Whittier, Highland Park, Commerce, etc.).
