Job DescriptionThe individual in this position is responsible for:
• Assisting in all aspects of the ANCC Magnet/Pathway application, designation, and re-designation process and professional practice within the region.
• Collaborating with the regional, service area, and ministry nursing and interprofessional leaders to develop, implement, evaluate, and track the progress of research studies, EBP improvements, and innovations in patient care and nursing practice.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: Membership in at least one nationally recognized professional nursing organization
- Within 1 year of hire: Professional Nursing Certification in leadership or education
- 3 years Experience in acute care nursing.
- 3 years Leadership experience in achieving initial or re-designation as a Magnet facility.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree Nursing, Nursing Education, Education Business, or closely related field.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
