🎯 What You'll Be Doing
  • Drive strategic Microsoft-led opportunities from qualification through successful closure.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Partner Development Managers, Microsoft teams, and technical specialists to accelerate opportunity progression.
  • Conduct meaningful business discovery conversations that uncover customer goals, challenges, and growth strategies.
  • Align Microsoft productivity, security, AI, and business application solutions to desired business outcomes.
  • Support partners through complex buying journeys involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop opportunity plans, maintain forecast accuracy, and ensure consistent pipeline health.
  • Act as a trusted advisor who helps partners strengthen their Microsoft practice and expand recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Remove barriers, coordinate resources, and maintain momentum across strategic sales engagements.

• What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with:
  • Proven success in consultative solution selling, channel sales, account management, or business development environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and Business Applications.
  • Understanding of Microsoft partner programs, cloud marketplaces, and the broader channel ecosystem.
  • Ability to translate business goals into practical technology strategies and customer outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of identifying expansion opportunities and growth drivers.
  • Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity planning within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across sales, technical, and partner-facing organizations.
  • Knowledge of modern workplace technologies, cloud infrastructure, networking, and productivity solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
