Position Summary

The Professional, Google Sales role is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Central America and Caribbean territories by promoting and selling Google solutions and related technology offerings through customers and channel partners. This is a highly commercial sales role focused on business development, account growth, pipeline generation, and opportunity management.

The successful candidate will proactively identify new business opportunities, re-engage existing accounts, and build strong customer and partner relationships to expand market share. This role requires a results-driven professional who takes ownership, demonstrates a strong sense of accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days onsite in Doral, Miami, and up to 25% travel across the assigned territory.
What You'll Do
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the Central America and Caribbean region
  • Develop and execute territory plans to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, customer outreach, and partner engagement
  • Grow existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand solution adoption
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and convert inactive customers into active revenue-generating relationships
  • Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with vendor partners, internal sales teams, and business units to execute growth initiatives and maximize market opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and customer activity within CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in customer meetings, partner events, and business development activities to strengthen market presence
What You Bring to the Role
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, channel sales, or account management
  • Experience selling Google solutions, cloud technologies, or related technology offerings preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing sales role
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills with the ability to generate and convert opportunities
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and developing strategic customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal direction
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, pipeline management tools, and sales reporting systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build credibility and influence customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the technology distribution or channel ecosystem is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the assigned territory


The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $81,100.00 - $137,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
