Job Title: Production Leader

Working Pattern: Fulltime - Onsite

Working location: Kingsville,Texas

Relocation assistance will be provided if applicable

What you will be doing:

• Leading and motivating the factory staff to deliver customer requirements at targeted cost and delivery
• Developing and maximizing the potential of staff through feedback and coaching
• Responding to demand changes, assessing risk, inventory, capacity and financial implications
• Ensuring compliance with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
• Communicating simply and effectively across multiple functions and work schedules to support execution of the MRO plan
• Developing and maintaining a High Performance Culture through training and everyday behaviors

Basic Requirements:

• Associates degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;
• Master degree in Engineering or Manufacturing OR;
• PhD in Engineering or Manufacturing
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires US Citizenship
