In this role, you will help shape the future of education by joining the newly formed Central Strategy and Operations team within the Education Unit. You will apply business excellence and strategic structure to drive forward one of Google's highest-priority initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the operational rhythm across GTM, Marketing, Communications, and Product teams. Facilitate alignment forums, monitor priority workstreams, and drive follow-through on key strategic initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end intake and triage framework for executive engagements. Evaluate requests against strategic criteria and produce executive summaries to guide resource allocation.
- Own and steward central stakeholder databases and tracking systems. Maintain data integrity, implement process improvements, and manage tooling integrations for scaled operations.
- Proactively streamline team operations and automate recurring workflows. Leverage AI tools to synthesize cross-functional inputs, extract operational trends, and draft communications.
- Define and analyze operational health and engagement metrics. Translate trends into actionable recommendations that improve team efficiency and impact.
