THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Technical Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering on the Creative Design vision and Aritzia’s customer expectations through the consistency and precision of the fit, construction, and quality of our product. As the Senior Associate / Associate, Technical Developer you will ensure we deliver Everyday Luxury through your manufacturing knowledge and proactive and collaborative communications with cross-functional teams and suppliers. THE ROLE
As the Senior Associate / Associate Technical Developer, you will:
- Ensure clear and comprehensive instructions, aligned to our standards, to enable accurate sample development
- Support with managing the execution of sample requests
- Support with validating that digital and physical sample align with our specifications and creative vision
- Effectively manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the Technical Development Department
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Associate / Associate Technical Developer has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in garment construction and fit and the appetite to continuously develop oneself
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
