Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Project Management, Economics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Operations-related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Project Management, Economics, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Operations-related occupation.
- Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Evaluating ambiguous problems to identify root causes using critical thinking and logic; Analyzing business models, KPIs, and product challenges using product acumen; Generating solutions and recommendations based on problem analysis; Designing, setting, and overseeing implementation of product strategies; and Managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion by developing and owning detailed project plans.
- Drive strategic annual planning workstreams and manage key organizational goals, including OKRs and resource allocation.
- Identify organizational challenges and establish new operating processes and tools to improve efficiency and goal attainment.
- Influence executives and team members to drive strategic initiatives and remove barriers through clear communication and escalation.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and industry trends to synthesize insights that directly inform and shape product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional partners like Communications and Marketing to ensure a consistent narrative across all initiatives.
