Position Summary
We are seeking an outstanding Engineer to join the Product Operations team to help start up one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in US. This pivotal role serves as the internal command center that drives successful real-time operations & shipments by identifying critical paths for production, anticipating gaps, & driving results through cross team collaboration. With an eye towards efficiency & sustainability, the engineer drives initiatives that create or refine workflows, ensuring successful operations that adapt to changes in the evolving semiconductor industry.
Role and Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Assumeownershipofspecificproductschedules(NPIorMassProduction),LogisticEquipment,orsupplychainroledependingonfactoryneeds.
Workwithengineering,shift 1operations,andqualityteamstoidentifytacticalissues,resolvecriticalincidents,&author,implement,andmaintainSOPsforeachownershipdomain.
Conductcapacityanalysisandsupply 1chainforecastingtoproactivelyidentifyrisksthatcouldimpactfactoryperformanceandexecutecorrectiveactionstomitigatethem.
Coordinatefactoryproductionschedulesandassociatedactionswithinternalteamsandexternalstakeholders(KoreaHQ)toensurethecorrectprioritiesareestablished.
Partnerwithsystemstechnologyandengineeringteamstodesign&demonstratetheimprovementstoenhancecurrentscheduling&productivitysystems.
Effectivelycommunicateatalllevelstochampionlean 1manufacturinginitiativesthatenhancefactoryefficiency.
Develop&deploynewtoolsthanrefineexistingprocesses&leadtrainingtoensureseamlessintegrationintostandardworkflows.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
BachelordegreeorequivalentinEngineering&AppliedMathematics.
4+ yearsexperienceinleanmanufacturing,factoryoperations,capacityplanning,orprojectmanagement.
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice:Excel,PowerPoint,Word.
Python,SQL,AtlassianSuite(Confluence,Jira)knowledgepreferred.
ExperiencewithAutomatedManufacturingorSemiconductorFABaplus.
Consistenttrackrecordofdrivingsuccessfulcrossfunctionalprojectsinafast-pacedenvironmentwithcompetingpriorities.
Abilitytoanticipateproblems,designpreventativesolution,&use. persuasivecommunicationtosecurestakeholderbuy-in.
The current base salary range for this role is between $76,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
