About the Role

The Product Manager I will own a product feature and lead project execution. He/she will own the development plan and represent their feature within the PM team and will have an internal network across product domains. The individual will have a solid understanding of the customer and target market. He/she will represent the needs of the customer to the delivery team and will support and participate in the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones.

This role will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA (3 times per week).

Responsibilities
• Gather customer, market, business, product performance, and operational inputs to identify opportunities, define requirements, and support product prioritization.
• Support assigned products and features from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with Technology, Client Engagement, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and resolve customer issues.
• Assist with business cases, product plans, launch materials, and sales enablement content that communicate product value and customer outcomes.
• Support financial stewardship of assigned products by monitoring revenue, cost drivers, pricing inputs, and P&L performance to inform product decisions and business cases.
• Monitor industry, competitive, and regulatory developments and identify implications for current and future product capabilities.
• Support customer meetings, demonstrations, pilots, adoption efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase utilization, streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and improve business results.

Requirements
• Suggested minimum years of product management or product owner experience: 2-4 years

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
