Who we're looking for

Toyota's Capital Markets Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Treasury Funding and Liquidity Senior Analyst

The primary responsibility of this role is to support TMCC's Demand Note program and proactively address the needs of our investors.

Reporting to the Deposit Markets Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Capital Markets Department's objective to ensure the timely execution and settlement of wholesale funding, brokered CDs, and commercial paper programs, ultimately driving liquidity and maximizing funding margins for the organization.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will be at the heart of our funding operations, balancing high-level strategy with the precision required for daily transaction settlement. Success means you are a proactive problem-solver who can seamlessly bridge the gap between our investors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure our funding platforms operate at peak efficiency.

  • Drive investor success by managing relationships with Retail Demand Note investors and program administrators, removing obstacles and creating a smooth, efficient onboarding experience.
  • Execute strategic funding activities by leading brokered CD transactions and wholesale funding agreements, ensuring compliance with liquidity policies while helping maximize margins.
  • Champion process innovation by identifying operational inefficiencies and leading improvements that strengthen funding workflows and customer service.
  • Collaborate across teams as a key liaison between Treasury Front Office, Middle Office, and external brokers to support orderly settlement and accurate reporting.
  • Lead high-impact projects for new funding products and technology enhancements, helping define the ideal state and bringing ideas from concept to execution.
  • Provide strategic insight to senior leadership through data-driven updates on market trends, comparative issuer activity, and program performance.
  • Support strong execution by balancing day-to-day funding needs with broader initiatives that improve efficiency, responsiveness, and business impact.


What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of financial services and/or treasury or related field or industry experience.
  • Professional client-facing communication skills, including experience supporting dealer relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external bank counterparties.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review performance data and use insights to support decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as the business may require.
