Job Summary:

We are seeking an early-career marketer who is organized, creative, and eager to learn. In this hands-on role, you will work alongside product marketers and cross-functional partners to help turn marketing plans into polished campaigns, presentations, and digital assets. The ideal candidate is comfortable building content in PowerPoint, working in Adobe Creative Cloud, coordinating multiple deliverables, and taking direction while proactively moving work forward.

What You Will Do
  • Support campaign execution: Help coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, adoption initiatives, and ongoing communications.
  • Create marketing content: Develop and update presentations, one-pagers, emails, web copy, user guides, social content, webinar materials, and other campaign assets.
  • Build polished presentations: Create clear, visually engaging PowerPoint decks for internal teams, dealers, customers, and leadership audiences.
  • Provide creative support: Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools to edit graphics, resize and adapt assets, support basic page layout, and prepare content for digital channels.
  • Coordinate projects: Track timelines, reviews, approvals, feedback, and final deliverables to help campaigns launch on time and at a high level of quality.
  • Partner across teams: Collaborate with product marketing, product management, sales, communications, design, agencies, and regional teams to gather inputs and execute plans.
  • Maintain brand quality: Proofread and quality-check materials for accuracy, consistency, audience relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Track results: Support campaign reporting by collecting engagement, adoption, and content-performance data and summarizing key takeaways.
  • Learn the product and audience: Build knowledge of digital products, customer needs, dealer priorities, and marketing best practices to strengthen future work.

Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, design, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing, social media, web content, marketing automation, analytics, webinars, or video editing.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines, creative briefs, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools to brainstorm, draft, edit, or improve marketing content while applying sound judgment and quality control.

Summary Pay Range:

$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
