Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of GCS customers and sales teams.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Google's advertising products, as well as the engaged landscape in which they operate.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

The ACE Marketing is a team within Google focused on Ads and Commerce Marketing, with a mission to supercharge transformations for partners, customers, and users. We are organized into functional teams that deliver critical skills and expertise, supporting the growth of Google Ads globally.

In this role, you will support the US Google Customer Solutions (GCS) go-to-market. GCS, which includes sales segments like MMS, SBS, and Agency, delivers the highest growth to our Ads business across industries like Commerce and Lead Generation (e.g., Finance, Edu, Saas). In this role, you will bring Google's POVs (particularly focused on AI solutions, Search, YouTube, and measurement) to market with GCS customers.

You will have the opportunity to support and lead projects related to strategy, thought leadership, and event execution. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partner teams across organizations like GBO/Sales, marketing, PR, industry relations and external industry bodies to create and execute our strategy that supports these customers.

Responsibilities
  • Support the successful execution of key events (e.g., Brandformance) and GCS presence at industry moments with strong organizational skills, program management proficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Manage and partner with external agencies. Work with a variety of external events agencies to build experiences that showcase the magic of Google's solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Ads, Marketing, and Sales to align on program objectives and ensure seamless execution of the Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with key Sales and Marketing point of contacts to balance engaged priorities and enable perspectives are represented in our GTM tactics.
  • Contribute to the overall GCS strategy and direction of the GTM, identifying new opportunities to engage with and influence top marketing leaders.
