POSITION SUMMARY:

Securonix is looking for a Product Marketing Manager reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. You will get to know our ideal customer profile, live the customer journey, help define future innovation, and build stories to engage customers for long-term success, all while differentiating us from the competition. The Securonix Product Marketing team is responsible for being the voice of the customer internally enabling us to inform product roadmap and bring new products to market through differentiated messaging, collateral, sales enablement, customer engagement, and cross-functional activation.

This role operates at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success. Our ideal candidate is a compelling storyteller, excellent writer, and creative thinker, able to transform complex needs and solutions into simple differentiated messages, while also having a passion for collaboration, project management, and go-to-market initiatives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead product marketing, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations for Securonix's full product portfolio.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate and drive alignment cross-functionally with teams across product and sales to maximize business success.


REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 5-8 years of proven product marketing experience related to analytics, business intelligence, AI, data engineering, or data management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to hire and foster incredible talent.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a depth of experience in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, and can engage internal and external leaders at a board level.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity in our space (SIEM) highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
