Full Job Description
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will drive market adoption and financial growth by transforming deep customer and market insight into compelling product marketing strategy. This role owns positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across Riverside's K-12 assessment portfolio - including our Behavioral & Mental Health (BMH) solutions such as DESSA - to strengthen customer engagement and drive customer success.

In this role you will get to:
  • Develop positioning and sales enablement materials to support the sales team in achieving the revenue growth goal.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to understand each product's market position and growth opportunities.
  • Create and deliver a comprehensive suite of sales enablement tools (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers).
  • Collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights from key accounts to inform and validate messaging strategies.
  • Craft and regularly update compelling messaging and positioning strategies in line with market demands.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement and retention strategies to reduce churn.
  • Partner with campaign marketing to enhance customer communications and engagement campaigns.
  • Work with product managers to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature launches.
  • Build strategic campaign messaging and assets to drive a year-over-year increase in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and thought leadership strategies for Multi-lingual Learners (ML).
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and thought leadership strategies for Riverside's Behavioral & Mental Health (BMH) portfolio, including DESSA.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in product marketing, including at least 1+ year within the K-12 Education market.
  • Proven ability to synthesize market research into cross-team, actionable insights.
  • Experience coordinating and communicating between multiple stakeholders at varying levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional writing skills, including attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, phrasing, and structure.
  • Experience in the K-12 education field, with a focus on crafting resonant messaging for key buyer personas.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Assessments strongly preferred.
  • Experience with behavioral, social-emotional, or mental health (BMH) assessments (e.g., DESSA) strongly preferred - this role succeeds Riverside's outgoing BMH product marketing lead.


Physical Requirements
  • Remote.
  • Up to 15% travel for off-site team meetings.
  • May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 USD.

This compensation range is specific to the United States, and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data or range parameters.
