This role will be onsite at our NYC HQ and will include a blend of product, project, and technical program management experience.
This is not a traditional PM role. As the PM for Vendelux's newest product you will own a product roadmap that must be strategic enough to plan 6 months ahead, but nimble enough to respond to internal user needs building in real time. It requires operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment across customer-facing product, internal tooling, workflow automation, and AI-native experiences.
As a Product Manager at Vendelux, you will...- Translate founder and executive vision into actionable product initiatives that drive customer value and support internal operating teams.
- Gather and synthesize product feedback from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders, including data, sales, customer success, and non-engineering teams building product enhancements with AI agents.
- Own and evolve the product roadmap across customer-facing workflows, internal tooling, and AI-enabled systems, using product, workflow, and operational data to prioritize and evaluate performance against company goals.
- Define product requirements and success criteria for initiatives spanning campaign configuration, outreach, and maintenance workflows. Oversee development of enhancements to agentic interfaces for both external and internal users.
- Use AI-generated prototypes to communicate product and UX direction.
- Partner closely with engineering, data, and forward deployed engineering teams to drive execution, remove blockers, and improve operating rigor.
- Lead product testing and iteration processes to move products from beta to GA.
- Communicate launches and updates through clear release notes and stakeholder-facing product documentation.
As a Product Manager at Vendelux, you have...- 5+ years of experience managing innovative, data-driven products, with clear ownership over what you shipped.
- 2+ years leading product delivery for a B2B SaaS product, ideally at marketing focused startups.
- A track record of building in fast-paced early-stage environments, ideally including taking products from beta to GA.
- Experience with AI-forward product development, including familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Strong product and UX instincts, with a history of delivering simple, effective user experiences that save users time without sacrificing quality.
- A data-driven approach to product decisions, with experience using metrics and analysis to identify opportunities and guide prioritization.
- Strong judgment in ambiguous environments, including the ability to navigate tradeoffs and work effectively with fast-moving stakeholders.
- Experience working on internal tooling, builder workflows, or campaign/lifecycle systems; familiarity with Linear or similar task management systems is a plus.
Benefits - Competitive base salary and bonus
- Healthcare covering medical, dental and vision
- Work from our NYC HQ
- Unlimited PTO plus two company-wide shutdowns during the July 4th week and the Christmas - New Years week
