Qualifications

• BSEE/CS required; MSEE/CS preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Deep expertise in data center infrastructures (Cloud, HPC, AI/ML)
• Thorough understanding of power and cooling technologies for data centers
• Proven track record managing large-scale data center projects
• Strong ability to connect engineering and business teams effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Self-motivated with a strong initiative to work independently
• Proven leadership skills in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Solution Engineering in winning data center projects and driving revenue growth
• Conduct marketing and technological research for informed solution development
• Lead the development of data center solutions and collaborate with design/testing engineers
• Assist in pre-sales engagements by delivering creative, customer-friendly solutions
• Manage end-to-end data center projects to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with channel and technology partners to expand the revenue ecosystem
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to effectively promote new solutions
• Provide comprehensive training on solutions to internal teams, partners, and customers
