Job Description

Global Commercial Services (GCS) continues to invest in the products and experiences that enable sales colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. The Sales Tools Enablement Products team owns the near- to mid-term strategy, development, and evolution of the enablement products that power the seller experience across third-party products, enterprise platforms, and internally developed solutions.

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Manager to own and evolve a portfolio of sales enablement products while helping shape the near- to mid-term product strategy and future investment priorities. This individual will evaluate seller needs, business priorities, vendor and enterprise platform roadmaps, and emerging technologies-including Generative AI-to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into actionable product roadmaps and investment recommendations.

The successful candidate will be a structured problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and combines strong product judgment with analytical and business acumen. They will evaluate opportunities and tradeoffs across third-party and enterprise platforms, quantify potential business value, develop evidence-based recommendations, and influence cross-functional stakeholders from opportunity identification through implementation. This individual should be able to synthesize complex information and communicate clear recommendations to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the near- to mid-term strategy and lifecycle for assigned sales enablement products spanning third-party solutions, enterprise platforms, and internally developed capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align seller needs, business priorities, vendor roadmaps, platform capabilities, and technology dependencies.
  • Lead complex product initiatives including new capability launches, platform enhancements, integrations, migrations, workflow transformations, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.
  • Evaluate vendor and enterprise platform roadmaps, emerging functionality, and industry trends to identify opportunities that deliver meaningful business and seller value.
  • Structure ambiguous business problems and use quantitative and qualitative evidence to develop clear product and investment recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready business cases that assess expected benefits, costs, implementation complexity, dependencies, risk, and strategic alignment to inform annual and multi-year investment planning.
  • Maintain a current- and future-state view of products across the seller journey, identifying capability gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for integration or simplification.
  • Partner across Sales Tools Strategy, Experience & Insights, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver capabilities, establish success measures, and continuously improve product performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with external vendors and internal platform teams, influencing product roadmaps based on GCS business requirements and seller needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and communicate product strategy, business cases, roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Transformation, Strategy & Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex products, capabilities, or cross-functional strategic initiatives from opportunity identification and evaluation through recommendation and implementation.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate alternatives and tradeoffs, and translate complex business and technology considerations into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong quantitative and business acumen, with experience analyzing data, sizing opportunities, developing business cases, and/or assessing the potential value and impact of product or technology investments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and user needs into product priorities, capability requirements, or strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations, including business, product, technology, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clear recommendations to senior audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps, evaluating competing priorities, and making recommendations on where and how to invest across a product or technology portfolio.
  • Experience evaluating third-party products, vendor roadmaps, enterprise platforms, and emerging technology capabilities to assess strategic fit, business value, feasibility, and potential user impact.
  • Experience evaluating or implementing Generative AI, AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or other emerging technologies, including assessing where new capabilities create meaningful business value.
  • Experience developing financial or value models to quantify productivity, operational efficiency, cost avoidance, revenue opportunity, adoption, or other measurable business benefits.
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement, sales engagement, enterprise SaaS, or seller productivity technologies.
  • Experience using product analytics, customer or user insights, pilots, experimentation, or test-and-learn approaches to evaluate opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments and partnering with technology and customer-facing organizations to translate business needs and seller workflows into implemented capabilities.
