The Sales Tools Enablement Products team owns the near- to mid-term strategy, development, and evolution of the enablement products that power the seller experience across third-party products, enterprise platforms, and internally developed solutions.
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Manager to own and evolve a portfolio of sales enablement products while helping shape the near- to mid-term product strategy and future investment priorities. This individual will evaluate seller needs, business priorities, vendor and enterprise platform roadmaps, and emerging technologies-including Generative AI-to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into actionable product roadmaps and investment recommendations.
The successful candidate will be a structured problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and combines strong product judgment with analytical and business acumen. They will evaluate opportunities and tradeoffs across third-party and enterprise platforms, quantify potential business value, develop evidence-based recommendations, and influence cross-functional stakeholders from opportunity identification through implementation. This individual should be able to synthesize complex information and communicate clear recommendations to senior leaders.
Responsibilities- Own the near- to mid-term strategy and lifecycle for assigned sales enablement products spanning third-party solutions, enterprise platforms, and internally developed capabilities.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align seller needs, business priorities, vendor roadmaps, platform capabilities, and technology dependencies.
- Lead complex product initiatives including new capability launches, platform enhancements, integrations, migrations, workflow transformations, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.
- Evaluate vendor and enterprise platform roadmaps, emerging functionality, and industry trends to identify opportunities that deliver meaningful business and seller value.
- Structure ambiguous business problems and use quantitative and qualitative evidence to develop clear product and investment recommendations.
- Develop executive-ready business cases that assess expected benefits, costs, implementation complexity, dependencies, risk, and strategic alignment to inform annual and multi-year investment planning.
- Maintain a current- and future-state view of products across the seller journey, identifying capability gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for integration or simplification.
- Partner across Sales Tools Strategy, Experience & Insights, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver capabilities, establish success measures, and continuously improve product performance.
- Develop strong relationships with external vendors and internal platform teams, influencing product roadmaps based on GCS business requirements and seller needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams and communicate product strategy, business cases, roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Transformation, Strategy & Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex products, capabilities, or cross-functional strategic initiatives from opportunity identification and evaluation through recommendation and implementation.
- Strong structured problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate alternatives and tradeoffs, and translate complex business and technology considerations into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong quantitative and business acumen, with experience analyzing data, sizing opportunities, developing business cases, and/or assessing the potential value and impact of product or technology investments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and user needs into product priorities, capability requirements, or strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations, including business, product, technology, and other cross-functional partners.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clear recommendations to senior audiences.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps, evaluating competing priorities, and making recommendations on where and how to invest across a product or technology portfolio.
- Experience evaluating third-party products, vendor roadmaps, enterprise platforms, and emerging technology capabilities to assess strategic fit, business value, feasibility, and potential user impact.
- Experience evaluating or implementing Generative AI, AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or other emerging technologies, including assessing where new capabilities create meaningful business value.
- Experience developing financial or value models to quantify productivity, operational efficiency, cost avoidance, revenue opportunity, adoption, or other measurable business benefits.
- Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement, sales engagement, enterprise SaaS, or seller productivity technologies.
- Experience using product analytics, customer or user insights, pilots, experimentation, or test-and-learn approaches to evaluate opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments and partnering with technology and customer-facing organizations to translate business needs and seller workflows into implemented capabilities.
- Experience managing or influencing a portfolio of interconnected products or capabilities, including identifying opportunities to rationalize, integrate, expand, or introduce capabilities across an enterprise technology ecosystem.
