Full Job Description
We9re looking for a Product Manager who builds best-in-class financial products - on traditional platforms (mobile and web) and within our agentic brokerage framework. You bring an AI lens to every decision, not just AI features bolted onto existing flows. You9re sharp, hardworking, and self-starting, and you move through ambiguity without waiting for someone to hand you structure.
This role is based in New York City and in office a minimum of 4 days per week.
What you9ll do
b7 Drive new investing products end-to-end - from idea to design, development, QA, and launch.
b7 Align product goals across teams and set the priorities that keep delivery moving.
b7 Own the product relationship with engineering - break down work, unblock issues, and drive efficiency.
b7 Build and test go-to-market hypotheses, including user needs, target KPIs, positioning, and differentiators.
b7 Track financial market trends, user sentiment, and competitor moves, and use them to shape what we build next.
b7 Shape Public9s broader roadmap, balancing speed, quality, and long-term customer impact.
Who you are:
b7 You9ve worked at a brokerage or in investing markets - or you9re deeply active in the markets yourself (trading regularly, following market structure closely, or having built investment products before).
b7 You9ve shipped AI-first products, where AI is part of the core experience rather than a feature added on top.
b7 You have sharp UX/UI instincts and can run a front-end-heavy project from kickoff to launch on your own.
b7 You have 4-8 years in product, consulting, or a related field at a startup, building high-quality consumer or financial products (at least 2 of those years directly in product).
b7 You9re a self-starter who can run the full product lifecycle - ideation, execution, analysis, iteration
b7 You communicate clearly, in writing and in person, with engineering, compliance, risk, operations, and go-to-market.
The compensation range for this role is $185k - $230k based on skills and experience.
