About the RoleWe are seeking an Product Manager to help build a best-in-class consumer-grade digital experience. This role will contribute to strategy, roadmap development, and execution across Phoenix & Raven's core patient experiences and care flows.
You will work within an experienced product team and contribute directly to patient-facing experiences across web and mobile. Success in this role means bringing structure and momentum to active workstreams, so that teams you support can operate at their highest leverage. You're the kind of PM who asks sharp questions, documents clearly, and ships with care.
What you'll do to support the company mission- Own product workstreams end-to-end - discovery, delivery, and post-launch iteration
- Write clear, well-scoped briefs that give engineering and design the context to execute confidently
- Coordinate across engineering, clinical and pharmacy ops, CX, and marketing to move initiatives forward without bottlenecks
- Translate patient and business needs into defined product opportunities that improve activation, retention, and LTV
- Use Shape Up methodologies to shape projects, define appetite, identify risks, and maintain execution momentum
- Apply first-principles thinking and JTBD frameworks to understand patient motivations and translate insights into product decisions
- Help drive roadmap planning by surfacing dependencies, tradeoffs, and pragmatic sequencing
- Support and evolve back-office tooling across patient operations, fulfillment, support, billing, and clinical administration
- Maintain strong documentation so decisions, requirements, and process knowledge stay accessible
- Partner with engineering to balance growth with platform stability, data integrity, and patient safety
- Identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation across product workflows, internal tooling, and support operations
What will help you succeed in the role- 3-5 years in Product Management, shipping meaningful workstreams from concept to production
- Strong systems thinking - workflows, edge cases, operational impact, and scalability come naturally to you
- Experience with operationally complex products: admin tooling, back-office systems,cross-functional process coordination
- Comfort creating clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments - you don't wait for structure to be handed to you
- Clear written communication - briefs, specs, and decisions that are concise and actionable
- Familiarity with Shape Up, JTBD, or similarly pragmatic frameworks a plus
- Genuine curiosity - you actively experiment with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) and have a visible track record of side projects, prototypes, or self-initiated builds
- Empathy for patients and users - you think seriously about the people using the product, their anxieties, motivations, and what's actually at stake for them
- Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and collaborate effectively with engineers on scope and sequencing
- Data fluency - you define success metrics, evaluate outcomes, and let data inform prioritization
- Commercial awareness - you connect product decisions to activation, retention, and business performance
- Low ego, high ownership
- Background in healthcare, fintech, logistics, or other trust-sensitive, operationally intensive environments is a strong asset
