About the Team
Join the Paradox Product team at Workday to help reimagine recruitment and hiring with the first-of-its-kind conversational recruiting platform! The Paradox AI Assistant streamlines recruiting tasks from end-to-end, including screening, instantly scheduling interviews, and answering common candidate questions. The goal is to provide simple, frictionless chat, mobile, and text message-driven experiences that allow recruiting and hiring teams to spend more time with people and less time with software. This role focuses on designing and operating our AI, RAG, agents, and LLM orchestration layer.

We're looking for exceptional individuals to join our team and to partner in creating a set of consumer grade software experiences. We collaborate constantly and continually look for ways to work better together.

About the Role

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core AI capabilities-from early discovery, through requirements and design, to launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Review LLM traces and AI conversation logs to identify potential gaps, and logic failures, and translate these insights into changes in prompts, data, or system logic that lift performance.
  • Act as the primary product liaison between the global engineering team and US Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, synthesizing market sentiment and customer feedback into clear technical requirements and priorities.
  • Collaborate with Workday's business Product Owners, customers, partners, development teams including architecture, consultants, operations, and product teams to understand their desired business outcomes and priorities.
  • Work closely with product development teams through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery on-time.
  • Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, including the underlying technical capabilities.
  • Drive solution design for each release based on user requirements, technical architecture, and business outcomes.
  • Guide the product teams towards high value OKRs.
  • Support education and adoption of platform features by internal development teams.
  • Coordinate and align solution design across multiple scrum teams operating in a sophisticated distributed software environment.
  • Communicate and evangelize the product area among the Workday community and at Workday events.
  • Lead technical discussions with key internal and external stakeholders / customers.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
