What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team and evolve the fan experience of our crowdfunding platform. You'll lead a cross-functional team to discover the most important problems to solve, rapidly validate the most impactful solutions, and deliver them in a way that drives meaningful impact for our customers and business. Working closely with product leadership and stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure there's tight alignment between our product vision, user needs, and business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize the problems to solve and solutions to test, ensuring we're creating value for creators and fans as efficiently and effectively as possible
  • Contribute to product strategy for our platform, ensuring it aligns with company goals and customer needs
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to build a deep understanding of our creators and fans
  • Partner with your design counterpart to rapidly test assumptions and validate solutions
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on our platform strategy, ensuring the team collaborates effectively towards their goals
  • Identify and monitor key metrics to evaluate impact of product changes and monitor overall platform health
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring their expertise is leveraged to develop the best possible product, and keeping them appraised of the team's direction and progress


What You Bring
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on a B2C product
  • Experience using both qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
  • A track record of shipping impactful product improvements with a cross-functional team
  • Strong prioritization skills and comfort making trade-offs with incomplete information
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Salary Band: $100-125k CAD per annum. Individual salaries will be dependent on unique skills, experience, and qualifications.
