What Makes You a Great FitWe're looking for a Product Manager to own Lifecycle Management-the post-onboarding, day-to-day experience layer that spans employees, employers, and internal teams across 185+ countries. This is a horizontal role covering the operational journey between customer setup and offboarding: how employees track time, request leave, manage expenses, and interact with Pebl day-to-day.
You'll start with Time-the most business-critical and complex part of the lifecycle. Time at Pebl spans three interconnected areas: time off (PTO policies, accruals, and leave requests across dozens of country-specific rules), leave of absence (statutory parental, medical, and disability leave), and time tracking (timesheets and overtime compliance for hourly workers). Each area has its own compliance requirements, its own ops overhead, and significant room to improve the employee and manager experience through better self-service and automation.
This is a hybrid position based in Toronto, Ontario, with in-office collaboration required at least 3 days per week. You will be an individual contributor. How You'll Make An Impact:- Own the roadmap and execution for Pebl's Lifecycle Management domain, starting with Time: time off (PTO, accruals, policy management), leave of absence, and time tracking.
- Reduce manual ops overhead by enabling employee and manager self-service for standard time and leave requests.
- Partner with engineering to improve policy accuracy across countries-including accrual logic, tenure inheritance, and LOA-to-payroll handoffs.
- Define use cases for AI agents to automate and streamline day-to-day EOR employee workflows.
- Translate customer needs, market insight, and business goals into clear, prioritized product requirements.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
- Communicate trade-offs and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Let's Connect If You Have:- 3-5 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent in ops, business analysis, or a related role
- Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working across engineering, ops, and design
- Track record owning a product area end-to-end - from strategy to shipped, adopted features
- Hands-on experience in testing product before releasing and editing FAQ/documentation
- Curiosity about how complex systems work across jurisdictions
- HR tech, FinTech, or global workforce experience is a plus
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred
