Own the product engine behind Gallup's next generation of innovation. As a product manager at Gallup, you'll lead the operational product layer for our most important experiments, prototypes and new bets to shape what comes next for the CliftonStrengths® ecosystem and other major Gallup initiatives.
This is not a maintenance role. You will take ownership of innovation initiatives and bring structure, clarity and execution discipline to complex, cross-functional efforts. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, research and senior product leaders to transform ambitious ideas into shipped, high-quality products that deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do - Own and maintain tight, well-communicated product road maps for innovation initiatives, experiments and prototypes, aligning closely with the PMs who own core products
- Drive end-to-end product decisions by clarifying the problem, setting priorities, defining scope and leading products through launch
- Serve as the operational interface for enterprise clients and senior internal stakeholders on active innovation efforts
- Anticipate risks and surface trade-offs early to keep work on track
- Partner with research and design to define and deliver exceptional user experiences grounded in behavioral science
- Lead cross-functional launches in partnership with the launch program manager
- Contribute to and help elevate product management standards within the team
What Makes You Stand Out- Customer-first mindset: You obsess over your customers and the products and features they want to use.

- Data-driven decision-making: You gather user insights, analyze behavioral data and metrics to guide your actions, and prioritize initiatives that deliver results.
- Innovation-driven problem-solving: You thrive when turning ambiguous, early-stage concepts and experiments into focused, high-impact product bets.
