Full Job Description
About the Role

As a Product Manager focusing on Data and Insights, you will own the foundations of our reporting, data, and insights infrastructure, leading the work to make data accessible and usable across new contexts within SevenRooms. You'll work cross-functionally to define product requirements, prioritize work, and execute against a roadmap that aligns with company goals.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and data analytics, requiring a deep understanding of data ecosystems and how to make data understandable to broad audiences of users with different levels of technical understanding. You'll balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints to deliver high-quality products that drive meaningful impact.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
  • Data Infrastructure & Architecture. Own the strategic roadmap for our reporting, analytics, and restaurant insights infrastructure. Partner with engineering teams to unlock the ability to use data in new ways to help restaurants make better decisions.
  • Product Ownership & Execution. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features and initiatives, from problem definition through launch and iteration. Write clear product requirements and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization. Contribute to product roadmap development by identifying opportunities, defining scope, and prioritizing work that aligns with team OKRs and business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on priorities, gather input, and ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Customer Insight & Discovery. Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making. Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use insights to inform decisions, iterate on features, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Project Leadership. Manage timelines, anticipate risks, and navigate trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints to ensure efficient and effective execution.
We're excited about you because...
  • You have 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within a SaaS or B2C environment
  • You have 2+ years of experience building data products, analytics features, or AI/ML solutions, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • You have a strong ability to connect complex technical features directly to customer value and business outcomes (like ROI, adoption, and retention)
  • You have a track record of owning and delivering product features or initiatives end-to-end with measurable impact
  • You are comfortable operating independently on product execution while collaborating across teams
  • You are highly analytical and use data to inform decisions and measure success
  • You have experience working in Agile environments and partnering closely with Engineering and Design
  • You are an effective communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity across cross-functional teams
  • You are naturally curious, customer-focused, and continuously seek to improve products and processes
